We carry many long-lasting pigmented inks with fantastic print quality and color stability, including the MM-150 and F-123.
Our MM-150 pigmented ink has fair alkaline wash resistance, excellent adhesion on both porous and non-porous wires and springs, and is available in multiple colors, including black and red. Dry time is between 25 seconds to one minute.
Our F-123 pigmented ink has a longer drying time of about three minutes compared to our MM-150 ink (25 seconds to one minute), but it’s ideal for open pad wire and spring stamping. The F-123 comes in multiple colors, including red, blue, brown, and black.
Our dye type inks are ideal for bright metal wires and springs. With good flowability, these inks won’t plug or clog, ensuring a steady marking stream. They are good inks for low-volume or low-throughput marking.
For wire and spring marking, we recommend our 1000-I dye type ink. It’s quick drying (25 seconds to one minute), non-settling, and provides good adhesion on porous and non-porous materials. It’s also available in eight colors, including red and magenta.
